With Reference and Respect

We define ourselves by our differences or distance from others.  A line or object within a space holds its own place when it references another.  Yet there is an inherent beauty when it becomes intertwined with respect to another, resulting in a visual representation of interconnection.  Drawing on archival knitting treasuries and traditional lace knitting techniques, this collection of jewellery interprets these themes of reference and respect.
